You didn’t respond to me on social media! How can I get a hold of you?

It is very difficult to keep track of messages through the various social media platforms. If you have a question about an order, please email me at bettyanddotpottery@gmail.com. I’m a single person operation and do the best I can responding in a timely manner.

When will you have a shop restock?

Restocks will happen monthly or seasonally depending on what’s happening with my home life. If you would like to know when a restock is happening follow me on Instagram @bettyanddotpottery.

Can I find your pottery in a store somewhere?

I have a small collection of retailers who carry my pieces when available if you are local to Rockton/Rockford, Illinois. Email me at bettyanddotpottery@gmail.com for inquiries.

WHY IS SHIPPING TAKING SO LONG?

Shipping may take longer than normal because I only ship things out once or twice a week. Items will double wrapped and sent Priority USPS.

Can I combine shipping?

I will ship each shopping cart/transaction as a single shipment. If you make two separate transactions that’s how you will receive them.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN

Unfortunately once items have been picked up by USPS we are unable to control them any longer. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items once they have been shipped. Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered and then they end up showing up a few days later. If you believe that your item has been stolen you can submit a claim with USPS through this link.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not at this time but it will be available in the future.

Do you take commissions?

In order to enjoy pottery and be a nice person I cannot take commission work at this time. Single item commission work is very difficult for me to keep track of and complete in a timely manner.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

No returns or exchanges. Please consider your items carefully before purchasing.

Microwave/Dishwasher safe?

Yes and yes. However, I always recommend hand washing pottery that is partially glazed like most of my pieces are. Discoloration may happen over time if they are consistently washed in the dishwasher.
